The knights collect canned goods and make a donation each year to this statewide event to stamp out hunger in the community. Proceeds go to the Tarrant County Food Bank and other local agencies that fight against food insecurity.

Annual Mardi Gras Dance & Fundraiser.

We hold the annual Maridi Gras dance in the metroplex as a community fund raiser and celebration of our love of Zydeco Music and giving that is part of the Mardi Gras celebration. The proceeds of this event help us raise the general funds we require to fund our many programs.
